In terms of cosplay I’m going as Troll!Rose. As far as what I’m doing, I think we’re leaving at around 10am and hoping to get an early check in, and then I’m getting into cosplay at the hotel because hell if I’m going up in grey paint.

Heheh, I always get asked about this one eventually.

Personally, I don’t ship it romantically. That isn’t to say that I don’t see the justification for the ship (hell, you’d have to be blind not to- it’s everywhere). I’m just not crazy for it. Not to mention the horrible fandom interpretations that arise whenever a ship becomes popular, but that’s a post for another day. Mainly, I see the two as being very close friends. I think they function better that way than in a relationship. They were hilarious, snarky and intelligent friends, and now that they’ve entered a relationship I just don’t see that anymore. I know that there are other factors at play, but I miss their interactions when they were really good friends.

AH I LOVE IT SO MUCH. It’s not quite as high as Rosesollux on my list of ships but GOD IT’S CLOSE.

I’ll definitely be there Friday and Saturday for a while, since I am cosplaying Homestuck both of those days. Sunday I’m going as Kirigiri from Dangan Ronpa, so I won’t be there AS much, but I’ll still be around.

The ones in the picture on the sidebar of my blog are different than the new ones I’ll be making for AN.

Those ones are:

tin foil base, then model magic, then spackling to fill in the cracks once the model magic has dried. Then sand the whole thing, paint it, and seal it with glossy mod podge. Once that’s done, drill two holes on each side of your headband and put nails through them, then hot glue them into the inside of your horns.

What I found was an issue was that the horns would break off of the headband if they were taken off and stored anywhere that wasn’t a wig head/my own head. So this time I’m going to do the same thing, but with a cork base at the bottom for the nails to go into. I’m hoping it provides a sturdier base.
